Been some channelling days for most of us recently .. loads of change loads of trying to fight old patterns.. loads of efforts and the reminder that the answer is the same. Sometimes you can know the theory but when it comes to implement it it’s never easy, never.

New moon greetings! Today the Sun and Moon align for their monthly conjunction in the water sign, Cancer.

So what a better day to nurture yourself and plan how you want the next 6 months to be. Cancer draws us deeper into issues around home, protection, the nurturing of the inner child, and the care of the soul.

Venus the goddess of love, over this new moon she is making an almost exact square aspect to Chiron, which can bring up wounds around matters of the heart, wounds which call for healing and tender care ❤️

We have a new moon in in the sensuous earth sign of Taurus today, which occurred at 4.22am this morning, UK time. It is a good day for us to sow the seed of intention for the month, guided by the medicine of the Bull, with its promise of bounty and fecundity. Taurus reminds us to slow down, to stay connected to our bodily rhythms, and to the good earth that nourishes us, to stay present to what is, and to take our time to enjoy the pleasures of this beautiful, bounteous season, where the increase of light supports nature’s growth.

I recently started this journey… my stomach finally was screaming at me to stop poising it. The intestines are the second brain apparently and a huge influence in the way we think.. I know it was long lasting but I quit gluten, diary and other bunch of stuff 🙁 … I wish I could say is cause I wanted, but is because I was forced by pain unfortunately. Why do we take ourselves to that point ? In all this madness I don’t know where I started ignoring my body.

All this nervous system talk is cause is fascinating to understand how our bodies can trust us again, how by just going to the toilet when it tells us and not when our mind wants make a huge difference, or when we choose to stretch before our day or to sit in the sun for lunch. What are we doing with our days ?

Long time ago I made a promise that I would always come out of my way to watch the sunset.. how do we forget it’s happening every day ?

Today with the Taurus new moon you can set that intention to attempt to enjoy every second of your day and choose to slow down when you can …to savour what is going on. I woke up with not wanting to do much and did exactly that .. slowly .. hope you are too!
